"Understanding the full spectrum of our business' impact is crucial, everything from sourcing materials to selecting packaging and transportation methods for delivering our products to customers. By tracking and quantifying our emissions, we are able to clearly see the areas that needed improvement. For example, our analysis revealed that packaging materials surprisingly made up the biggest portion of our emissions. Armed with this knowledge, we swiftly implemented changes, overhauling our packaging within a matter of months and lowering our emissions by a significant amount."
